Anti Virus/Spyware Removal

Viruses and spyware are quite simply the scourge of the Internet, and at some point you are likely to fall victim to one. If you are finding your computer is running slow or acting strange there's a good chance you may have either a virus or some spyware on your PC.

What We Will Do

• Gather as much info as possible first on the telephone to assist in removal.
• Come to your home and remove any virus or spyware you may have.
• Clean up your PC to make it run as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Pricing

This service is charged at £25 for the first hour and £10 per half hour after this.

We would always advise during the first half an hour the maximum cost for the job. If for any reason we feel the virus/spyware can not be removed, we would offer a complete rebuild (Factory Reset) of your computer, as long as you have ALL original discs, or your computer has a recovery option. This will return your PC to the original state as per when you purchased it.

A fixed fee of £75 is charged for this service. Please note your computer will have to be taken off site for this service.
